Close. He was on the late night radio show Coast To Coast. Current host is George Noory, but some may remember it was started by Art Bell. Art lived in Pahrump, just down the road from Sheris.

This guy is trying to ferret out someone(s) who worked in the aircraft skunk works of Lockheed (or other mfgs). They are the only folks with the knowledge who likely could fill out the crossword puzzle.
