Minor correction. I assume you mean PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), not PST (Pacific Standard Time).One hour different.
Suggestion, just use PT (Pacific Time), or MT or CT or ET. Most people assume times given are meant to be Standard Time in the winter and Daylight Time in the summer.
