Given it is Aug/Sept time frame, don't be surprised if it actually comes back.
The casinos are getting restless for customers. They have political pull in NV.
If they open, a lot of other businesses will want to do the same.
Also, the President is certainly hinting at getting the country back to work.
Shortly, expect the financial folks to override the medical folks.
