Anybody doing anything special on Thursday?  I'm going to hit the local nature trail with a Hefty bag and a pitchfork.    8)

I've decided to stay on Earth!  None of that second-class planets like Mars for me!

The world is a vampire.

I could go and pick up aluminum cans off the ground to add to my own recycling...just like I already do most days.

One day an old man was walking down the beach just before dawn. In the distance he saw a young girl picking up stranded starfish and throwing them back into the sea. As the old man approached the girl, he asked, "Why do you spend so much energy doing what seems to be a waste of time?" The girl explained that the stranded starfish would die if left in the morning sun. The old man exclaimed, "But there must be thousands of starfish. How can your efforts make any difference?" The girl looked down at the starfish in her hand and as she threw it back in the sea, she said, "It makes a difference to this one!"  8)

I plan on stopping n smelling the roses.
