You can use your Instagram or Twitter Pics like this so no need to upload unless you want to.

- Click on any picture or tweet and copy the URL (the link in the we browser bar).
- Click in here.
- Click the icon that looks like a TV
- Place your link between the two attachment tags.
- Hit Submit
