Are Personal Messages Personal? No

Saw an email where an administrator of another web site was telling a monger about looking at the monger's personal messages (PMs). Also, he (the administrator) informed the monger that deleting a PM does not delete the PM from the data base.
So, if you thought strangers were aware of your PMs, you were probably right.

I could tell ya horror stories about PMs on another web site. They were read and shared .

Why do you guys keep posting on SIN? That guy obviously has serious mental issues. All the drama starts with him. You have all heard the stories. Years and years yet you still go there. If you are posting there you are part of the problem.

Years ago there was a debate on whether or not private messages could be read. I proved it by doing it with permission of one of our members. I think it was Mr Tshirt.
Let me explain some things.
Private messages are not encrypted.
The only thing encrypted is your password.
No forum software encrypts private messsages that I know of.
Only a person with access to the database can do it. You just find the right table and it doesn't take long and there they all are.
SIN uses smf forum software. There is no plugin to read messages because it's considered so unethical among the community of forum programmers. So you must manually find them in the database.
So if anyone says its not possible they don't know what they are talking about. I warned you all about this for years but you still use the pm system over there.
Don't use the pm system on ANY forum.

I don't see the appeal in that board. You have long time users that have been abused by the admin and the rest see it and stay. There are a bunch of wanna be syncophants around him I guess and the rest are sheep that don't have the balls to break away.
Where do all the problems come from in this community? That board and it's mental admin.
Wake up people. You are feeding the ego of a man that has given nothing to the community other than hatred.

I still go on that site but I can assure you I'm no sycophant. When folks are fightin', it's mostly it's a source of entertainment for me. Before I log in, I pop an Orville Redenbachers & twist off the cap on a 16oz. diet Dr. Pepper & enjoy the soap opera.
The appeal of that board is the information available there. Except for the Mustang board, I don't subscribe to any other brothel forum sites. So, where else am I gonna get reviews & other information - they're somewhat scarce on this site. On SIN it's worth the occasional spat between thin-skinned folks who have their feelings hurt. Those tiffs don't bother me much. Like I said, it's entertainment.

I don't think you are a syncophant. Those are the ones suckle on his balls because they believe his delusional megalomania. I think the soap opera that is dookiemonster is a blight on the community and he is a mysoginist turd. He removed all his worst posts from back in the day. Some of us remember though.

I resigned from SIN and requested that the firefighter account be terminated, since the administrator operated the forum in an unethical manner. I never considered myself a monger or hatemonger, so I was out of place there anyway. I prefer the term Courtesan client, but not monger since it's used by SIN members.
Q sent firefighter an email regarding my PMs, "
While I was pulling the poll results from the database, I decided to see if I could see your PMs to and from members. So I fiddled with some DB queries and discovered a TREASURE TROVE of PMs. There are a couple of dandy ones between you and anonymous."
I requested termination of firefighter's SIN account, but I didn't give Q permission to view my confidential PMs. An honest administrator with an ounce of integrity wouldn't spy on members by snooping into their private PMs. This is a severe ethics violation, and I wonder if other SIN members know that Q is probably snooping into their confidential PMs too? I believe they would lose all respect for a supposed trustworthy forum administrator perpetrating such an unprofessional act. Spying on forum members is seemingly the behavior of a megalomaniac which seems to describe him. It's the epitome of unethical behavior to snoop into confidential PMs, since members deserve a degree of privacy without a corrupt administrator spying on them. If members wanted Q to view their PMs, they would copy him when they send them. Furthermore, it's overwhelmingly immoral that an administrator justifies that act in his own demented mind and admits to performing that despicable act too!

I'm not surprised that he openly admitted that he read your private messages. It shows that his ego has become so huge that he actually believes everyone will be okay with it. dookiemonster is no one in the real world and will always be a loser that only bullies people online because he would never do it for real.

Looks like dookiemonster removed all the posts about the awards now that we all know he reads his members private messages.

I think it's very selfish of them to overshadow what women have achieved. It seems like this whole debate comes down to one thing; money and control. Nothing new there.

You guys don't know this but the drama behind the scenes never ends. The SIN admin (Q) wants some agreement with the awards committee. He wants this post taken down. He fully knows that the awards committee has no say in what is posted on this site. He has never contacted me and keeps going through the awards committee. So let me set this straight.
This is my forum and I am the only admin. No one can tell me what to remove and no one ever has. I don't have access to the awards site. I helped them get it up and going and that's it. I have a basic login there just like everyone else. I don't tell them what to post and they don't tell me what to post.
For a long time I tried to temper criticism of SIN to keep things cool because the drama is tiresome and just don't have time or desire to deal with this kind of stuff but now I really don't care what anyone says about SIN anymore. As long as people are not attcking each other, or any of the ladies.
So if someone wants something removed from here they simply need to sign up and private message me here.

Good for you Rachel. Don't let a bulley boss you around. Everyone knows what #$% %^&* he is.
