Twitter is down

My twitter is down and I do not have my back up email linked to it , trying to figure it out . I made an emergency back up but read not to post on it in fear of getting suspended again. Idk honestly , just letting some of you guys know. It's a process but I will be posting on my IG more frequently and my only fans as well...
