Have you ever fallen for a Courtesan?

When I say fallen I don't necessarily mean fallen in Love, But perhaps a significant crush or a little more?
I can think of a couple I've developed feelings for over the years. I have never pursued it beyond a close friendship but I admit its been to a point I think about them a lot more than I should.
Anyone else? Did it go beyond a crush? Did it end bad?

Hmmm, think I spilled the beans in another thread
I'm just glad we're friends, and I always feel fortunate when I get to spend some time with her.

I have had clients "fall" for me & it's been amazing & awful... "Amazing" dominates as I remain friends with many of my former lovers & we are able to share insights, thoughts, memories from that slice of life away from the everyday. Only once was it awful - when the client (who knew I was already married) wanted to take me away from my sordid life and make me his 2nd wife in Nigeria.
I likened prostitution to teaching. In both professions I grew to love the students/clients & ended up maintaining long-term relationships (mostly virtual). In neither did I have the impulse to take them home with me.

Dear Sonja, Thank You for saying so much in just a few sentences. I consider Ladies like Yourself to be an excellent example of how a Lady can professionally work in Courtesanship AND be married/mated/soccerMomed without it leading to troubling issues. There really isn't any reason why it should be except where time away from home is a factor for one of the partners.
The idea of You being a 'second wife' doesn't surprise me since some men see women as objects to be used or collected like tools, cars, hunting trophies, etc. The majority of the seasoned/experienced Courtesans (not the 'flash in the pan' type that only last a few weeks/months) deserve to be considered 'First Wife' level people and respected/encouraged in their Courtesanship work.
BTW - Although You exited about the time I arrived, I always liked Your tag line "Point Your erection in my direction". I would certainly like to point mine in Your direction and slide it into Your inviting vagina. Therefore if You ever decide to, for example, make a 'weekend encore appearance' at some brothel, please announce it in advance so myself (and others) would have time to plan to come see You.
Thanks again for sharing Your experience

I offer no details but I developed a crush here and there and they ended, not too badly.
When I remember what my purpose is and what the ladies' purpose is concerning LPIN, there are no grudges.

I've developed some very intense connections, but reality always provides a wake-up call :

Yes - every time!
It only takes a short time for the brain to kick back in, but in the moment and for hours to days after we have to fight the urge to ask the lady to marry us!
