I think to answer the question there needs to be proof the Lady is independent. Is the Lady in question advertising her services as an indie somewhere else? Is that advertising linked via her profile? If she is then of course she should not be on a board for LPIN.
If there’s no proof then she is just another poster. If she is just another poster then she shouldn’t be posting pics of herself especially in an area where Legal Ladies are advertising their legal services.
As for the Ladies old pics they should be left alone as they were posted when she was a Legal Courtesan at a house and as we know Ladies often return.

If a girl leaves LPIN (for whatever reason), and goes independent she obviously can't participate in one of the forums but should her pics and things be removed? Could it be considered advertising? Especially if she can still log in?

I see no reason to remove her pictures.

Some girls go independent and then come back.
Some girls go on vacation and then come back.
Some girls go to work in a "normal" job and may or may not come back.
Most of us will never know.
Since they were part of LPIN, I would leave their pix and posts.
However, if they are using BrothelLife as a means of generating business for their illegal activities, I would suspend their account, and remove any posts that advertise their illegal activities.
(But, unless really needed, I wouldn't remove their other non-illegal previous posts. Too much work.)

Oh, there's no problem on this site.

No, I imagine many ladies have worked both sides of the coin.

I agree on the " proof " thing. There are some people that jump the gun on someone being " guilty" of something just because one of their jealous friends says so.

If her postings were made at the time she was in LPIN, there is no legal issue.
And as others have stated, sometimes the girls come back. I see no reason to change their account at all unless they are posting as Indies.

As long as they are not promoting the Indie work on here all should be fine I would think.

What a girl does in her private life while she is not at the ranch is her private life and should not be brought over to any board.

Hi there,
I think whatever a girl chooses to do outside Lpin is HER choice. Otherwise to me that seems ridiculous.
No one is innocent and no one is guilty. A lady must do what she has to in order to survive.
I think people should be more concerned about themselves and not someone else.

The question isn’t what she’s doing in her private life, it’s how she’s interacting on a board dedicated to LPIN when she is no longer working as a legal Courtesan.
I’ve known or know of Ladies who have worked indie while also working legally at the houses. They didn’t advertise their illegal services on LPIN boards in any way.
If the Lady is working indie and still advertising in the forum for legal Courtesans either by word or photo’s that shouldn’t be allowed and I would think other legal Ladies wouldn’t want that either.
The question still remains is she working indie?

I doubt a board wants to spend the time and energy to verify if someone is working as an indie.
Also, do we want a board spend the time and energy to ban guys that see indies?
The simple solution is for a board to represent LPIN and not try to police other activities.

It doesn’t take a lot of time to verify.
If the Lady is outright advertising it’s obvious. The follow up is easy. If she has links posted to her profile for her own website, twitter, Instagram etc just click on it and see if they are advertising their illegal services there. If they are then they shouldn’t be on a LPIN board if they aren’t then they are fine being there.
I do still wonder why a Lady who isn’t working out if a legal Brothel is still posting pics in a thread that is in the advertising section for Legal Courtesans?
I can see where guys would have no problem with this because guys like to look at pics of half naked women but that doesn’t make it the right place for the pics imo
To further clarify because I think I’m being clear but often times by people’s responses they don’t understand, I don’t care if a Lady works indie, that’s her own personal business. I am just saying that a Lady working indie should not be allowed to advertise in any way, shape or form (advertising includes links to other sites in signature or profile) on a Board that is for LPIN only

If she is on a board she can pm members and solicit them. You can't police that.

Agreed but it still comes back to proof that the Lady is indeed working as an independent.
There could be other Ladies who are members of the board that have never worked as Legal Courtesans but are indies and soliciting via pm already and unless you were one being solicited you’d never know. I doubt this is happening but it could.
Until there’s proof of illegal activities I don’t think the Lady should/would be banned.

Well the thing is this. We know a lot more about who is doing what than guys will ever know.

That is certainly true. However, (some) guys can pick up hints. And some people know human nature.
But a lot of guys won't say anything. Regardless, the guy is usually concentrating on picking ladies that can become their ATF.
