Workplace Safety

I have recently been reading “Legal Tender: True Tales of a Brothel Madam” by Laraine Russo Harper. I have also been reading a bit about the larger-than-life career of Dennis Hof.
One complaint made by Laraine Russo Harper was how certain men in management were taking sexual liberties with the workers and turning their hiring into a “casting couch.” Admittedly, these stories are from twenty years ago, and Dennis Hof is now dead, but still...
The workers have long had their grapevine. And their blacklists. Word can move fast. So, are there ways for workers to alert one another if brothel management acts in sexually coercive way?
Would there be some way for clients and workers alike to be assured that workers are safe from sexual coercion from brothel management or ownership? I think this kind of workplace safety would become very important to the industry if it matters to the workers, the clients, the local community, and state legislators alike.
