Experience With "Home Advisors"?

What has been your experience with "Home Advisors"?

Home Advisors advertise heavily on the radio.  They offer free contact with various services such as plumbers, electricians, yard work, etc.  I assume they are trying to be a version of Angie's List.

I contacted them on two occasions.  Both cases, it was a looser that called back.
