Cityvibe, Ter, Craigslist also went under.

Not just those sections.  Entire site is now stating it has been seized by the Federal Government.

The didn't uses SESTA/FOSTA because it hasn't been signed but it shows they have the tools to take down pages like that and did not need this stupid bill.

"The Cloud Act" in addition to SESTA/FOSTA is going to make things even worse.  That new law was buried in the recent Federal Spending Bill that Trump signed.  I believe even adult sites that are located overseas (perhaps Switter too), may become vulnerable with this new act.

Today I notice that there is a new onebackpage.com up and running.  So maybe there was a backup plan.  A couple of NE houses are advertising there.
