Interesting to see if this could impact LPIN
Bipartisan senators are "pushing a proposal in the Senate that would impose similar restrictions on sex workers’ bank accounts — a move that sex workers say could further endanger their income, safety and lives."

I suspect it will take a class action lawsuit. It will require those involved in camming, stripping, brothels, sellers of sex toys, massage parlors, casinos that offer nude dancing, etc to all join forces.
One additional thought is that states rights may become an issue as well. Can the federal government pass laws that destroy businesses sanctioned by and under the purview of states?
FOSTA avoids that with a provision that says you can advertise for prostitution if the ads are for girls in an area that prostitution is legal.
The Sex industry will never come together. Too many shady people involved. They just want money from the girls. Camming is the worst. A lot of scumbags in that area. I wrote and article about one of them when I cammed and the guy wrote to me to tried and butter me up. Didn't work.
