It is probably just me not knowing much about computers.  Had my computer worked on the same time the up dates took place so it is my fault I am sure.  I just can't copy and paste.

(I don't mean to barge into your business; so tell me to chill, if you want. I won't take offense.)

Do you want someone to help you with it? (I'm not an expert, but a couple of mongers might just be able to stumble into a solution. Worth a shot.)

If I can help figure it out, I will. Any info about your specific process might be helpful for me to see if we can track the problem/solution down.

Couple questions (if you want to answer):

Is it the copy/paste on your computer? Can you copy/paste anything at all?

Did you ask the computer tech who worked on your computer?

(Anybody else have any helpful ideas?)

Thanks for the advice but my lap top just crashed  I will try to get a new lap top tomorrow  I am on a friends lap top now
