Why do Ladies move to different houses?

I’ve been going to the Ranches for 14 yrs now & have seen many Ladies come & go while others stay at their original house for their careers.
I’ve talked to many who have left and the reasons are numerous & unending.
From the simple things like didn’t like the vibe, personality conflicts with other Ladies or Madams to just like different scenery.
Then more complicated ones where the Ladies were “fired” for cause, breaking rules, drugs, endangering others etc.
There are always 3 sides to the story & you’ll never know the full story.

In General if you have a favorite Lady who treats you right then follow her to her new house provided you can & feel safe at her new location as this Biz is about the Ladies

Yeah, the reasons are numerous but I think it is mostly the vibe. Well, hmmm, I talk to a lot of ladies from other brothels and over time I have gotten a pretty good picture of how each is run and how ladies are treated. Even though it's still mostly just finding a place where you fit in, there are still some places that do not have ladies in their best interest at all.

The bright side is that social media and the ladies being able to contact each other makes it harder for bad actors in the business.

Hi there,

I myself have been in Nevada's brothels for 20 years.
I house hoped a lot myself.For me, it was def the vibe
of a place. Also, the traffic for myself personally.
If I'm not making what I need in a certain time
frame, I will head on down the raod to somewhere
else. For a long time. I would have two houses
I liked and would go back in forth. But to each

At the end of the day-- with of course the exceptions of those who break major rules-- its going to boil down to finances and fit. Its hard to spend the money it takes to work in Nevada if you cannot make the money you need to make. And its hard to live in a brothel for 2-4 weeks at a time (or longer) if you're not a good fit for the house that you find yourself in.

Finances-- When you first get started, this one is always going to be a big one. Once you're established-- as long as you've built up clientele, they tend to follow you wherever you roam. But that first trip-- its hard to make a real go of things if there is just no traffic. If I hadn't had a few bookings during my first trip to Bella's, there never would have been a second trip-- the guys who found me via the boards kept me afloat for trip one, without a doubt. I never will forget-- during my second tour there, one of my long time friends joined me there-- she had planned on a two week trip to try it out but after a week, she had enough. It was just too slow for her and she hadn't built up a board presence ahead of time. I doubt I'll ever be able to convince her to try out LPIN again-- I really tried to talk her into trying Mustang or one of the Moundhouse locations-- but just one experience at a small rural house and she's done.

Fit-- Small house vs. Big House. Urban (ish) vs. Rural. Lineups vs. Bar. There are so many ways to function within this world and not all ways work for all people. I LOVED my time at Mustang-- but I can also acknowledge that part of the reason that I probably haven't been able to go back is that I don't do as well with the bar hustle aspect as some. Years of being independent means I was used to gents booking appointments with me and I just never learned the "club hustle". I still didn't do bad when I was there-- but if I had a different background/skill set-- I probably would have done a lot better. Plus-- having my first LPIN experience being in such a large and overwhelming house with very limited guidance..... I was a fish out of water.

The real irony is that she came from the Indy world just like me.. she KNEW how to properly market... but decided on a whim to "try it out" and didn't listen to me trying to tell her that I spent a good 6 weeks before my FIRST trip to Mustang online.. and then had another 6 months on the boards between Mustang and Bella's. She might have been ok if she had gone to a bigger house for her first time. But a small rural house? Yeah-- dead in the water. Didn't help that she just didn't come in with the right mindset (its a culture shock when you're an Indy for a decade). But yeah-- honestly-- unless you've got a background as a dancer and have the hustle down-- you really need to establish some online presence to make it work.
